WHO IS IT
Mastermind is highly recommended for BTE practitioners, assistants, counselors, and teachers.
It provides credits for the refresher and training of counselors, teachers and psychotherapists.
Counselors and psychotherapists from other backgrounds who wish to learn new tools for the psycho-physical approach can also enroll in the Mastermind.
Body Mind Work offers a path in which the body becomes a privileged instrument of listening, awareness, and transformation.
The days alternate moments of physical practice, meditation, experiential exercises, theoretical insights and group sharing, creating a space where what is learned can be directly experienced.
The Mastermind in Corpo del Sogno (CDS) and Arte del Dono di Sé (ADS) is conducted in Italian and English 🇮🇹🇬🇧

At the end of the Mastermind, students training at the ITI Schools are awarded a certification.

*Prices do not include room and board. The rate for an overnight stay at our partner property on Mount Carmel is €30 per day per room, including shared meals (we'll split the groceries and cook for you. Vegetables from our garden are available).

How to get here
Monte Carmel is located 25 km from the sea and half an hour from the Cinque Terre National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Also nearby are the archaeological sites of the Rio Lagorara Valley, among the oldest in Liguria.
The most convenient option is to reach the property by car. Varese Ligure is connected to the main cities of Northern Italy via the A12 and A15 motorways.
From the NorthwestHighway A7 Milan–Genoa, Highway A12 Genoa–Livorno, exit at Sestri Levante. Take the provincial road to Varese Ligure. Immediately after the bridge over the Vara River, before the Varese Ligure sign, you'll find the first sign for Fattoria Monte Carmel. Follow the signs for Teviggio. After about 3 km, at the white Teviggio sign, turn right following the Monte Carmel sign. After about 800 meters and two more left forks marked Monte Carmel, you'll have arrived.
From the Northeast: From the A1 Milan–Bologna motorway, at Parma take the A15 Parma–La Spezia motorway; exit at Borgotaro and follow the provincial road to Passo delle Cento Croci. Once in Varese Ligure, turn left following the Monte Carmel sign before the Vara bridge, then follow the same directions as above for those arriving from the northwest.
From the SouthA12 Rosignano–Genoa motorway, Borghetto–Brugnato exit. Take the provincial road to Varese Ligure. Once in Varese Ligure, after the bridge over the Vara River, turn left and follow the same directions as above for those arriving from the northwest.
If you want to reach the property by train or plane, the most convenient train stations are Sestri Levante, La Spezia Centrale, and Chiavari.
While the closest international airports are:
Genoa Cristoforo Colombo (GOA), Pisa Galileo Galilei (PSA), Milan Linate (LIN), Milan Malpensa (MXP)
It is then recommended to continue by rental car or taxi.
