RESIDENTIAL YOGA AND BTE SEMINAR: “THE BREATH OF THE EARTH”

In the magical world of Baraggia Biellese, at Cascina Foresto, from 17 to 19 May will be held on residential seminar: THE BREATH OF THE EARTH, connecting with your roots through breathing.

Supported by the compassionate and welcoming nature of the strength of Nanà, mother earth, we will explore together the potential of our breath through Biotransenergetics and Yoga practices. We will learn the course of the meridians connected to grounding and breathing according to the studies of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
In connecting with our roots we will find a safe space to open ourselves to exploring thoughts, emotions, sensations, in a path of observation, acceptance and integration of what emerges.
