Confirmation: Once you have chosen your preferred date, you will receive a confirmation email to the address communicated during the booking process
Cancellation Policy: In accordance with most professional services, our professionals are self-employed and therefore need to manage their journals efficiently. Therefore, we have a strict cancellation policy which requires all customers to give us a minimum of two business days (48 hours) notice for any canceled session. The entire fee is payable if sufficient notice is not given.
