Addressing mental health isn't just about addressing a problem. It means acknowledging and integrating what's happening inside us: in our body, mind, emotions, and relationships.
This is the passage that gives the evening its name: a perspective that does not separate the psychic dimension from the corporeal, relational, and interior ones, but considers them parts of a single human experience.
What role do the body and relationships play in the therapeutic journey? What does it mean to work on awareness? How can we integrate the individual and collective dimensions?
These are among the questions at the heart of the evening's discussions, which will allow those present to interact in a lively space for research and discussion.
La Training School in Transpersonal Psychotherapy was born within Transpersonal Psychology, with the Biotransenergetics (BTE since 1982) as a core methodology: an approach that integrates body, psyche, consciousness, and the transpersonal dimension, starting from direct experience as a path to knowledge and transformation.
Hence one of the main questions that guide the training: Can we truly understand what happens in the psyche without considering the body, relationships, and how we experience ourselves?
This is why our offer is not only theoretical: through the method of Trans Learning, experiential work and clinical internship, theory and experience interact from the first year.

Participation is free upon registration.
The qualification awarded qualifies for the practice of psychotherapy and is equivalent to a university specialization for the purposes of public competitions. Qualifying internships are available for those completing their university degree in Psychology, according to current agreements.
