From the heart of the yoga tradition, from the heart of ancient traditions, a Way to access the divine spark that resides in us, the Atma, the Source, the space of the qualities of the Self, a Way to access the heart.
Yoga of the heart was born from the work of iintegration of the transpersonal teachings of the integral yogic tradition of Sagar Yoga, an integral yoga system, founded by Lorenza Ferraguti (scholar of the texts of the Vedic and Tantric tradition, student of Master Paramahansa Satyananda), which contains the techniques of the various yogic branches and Vedic culture and has its roots in the theory of Yoga Sutras by Master Patanjali, with the teachings of the BTE (Biotransenergetics), a methodology transpersonal psychotherapy, founded by Pierluigi Lattuada and Marlene Silveira, who has her roots in the ancient traditions of care.
Both disciplines for over thirty years, with different methodologies, underlining the connection of man with the spiritual dimension, offer tools and techniques to improve awareness, listening skills, mental well-being, to realize the immense potential of the Self.
Yoga of the heart considers the essence of the practice as a spiritual quest aimed at reunifying theIndividual soul or the personal self (Jivatma) With the'Universal Supreme Soul or Universal Self (Paramatma) fostering the experience of union and unity, as all ancient traditions teach.
Yoga of the heart is a journey that takes place thanks to willpower (tapas main course) and to the devotion (Isvara-pranidhana), in the harmonious fusion of the techniques proposed by Sagar Yoga which integrate the various aspects of yoga (postures, breathing techniques, concentration techniques, meditation and deep relaxation) with self-care and self-healing practices proposed by the Biotransenergetics methodology, moving towards eight branches ofPatanjali Ashtanga Yoga that lead progressively to higher stages of awareness, since bowing one's lifestyle to these fundamentals allows one to master the quality of the Self in daily life, uniting and, as BTE says, transcending and including spirituality and the fullness of self-presence in every moment of everyday life.
Yama and Nyama to learn to educate ourselves to practice starting from observances towards others and towards ourselves.
Asana to stabilize ourselves in listening through postures.
Pranayama to expand the breath and life force.
pratyahara to withdraw our senses from the outside world and educate us to inner listening.
dhana to maintain deep concentration in our inner world.
Dhyan to merge with the Whole through meditation, to finally experience that full presence of "here and now" which allows the expansion of awareness, dissolving us in bliss in a transcendent state beyond meditation, Samadhi, to let our consciousness be absorbed by the soul.
Yoga of the heart is a journey of listening, discovery and inner knowledge in the depths of the Self that allows us to open ourselves to the world and to life with vital force and joy.
And if the ultimate purpose of the human being is to manifest the beauty of the soul in its full light, honoring it in daily life, the Yoga of the heart wants to be a map with which to orient oneself in the journey of inner growth, remembering that the light is found in the heart. , in the essence of who we are, the heart, beyond everything.
'And the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time' TS Eliot.
Hari om tat sat,
thank you from the heart.
