From 5 to 7 April 2024 at the Fattoria Monte Carmel (Località Teviggio Piane, SP) the residential seminar “On a journey to awaken: the constellation of the Self” will take place. Finding your place in the world by finding yourself within yourself”, conducted by doctors Sara Gambelli, Eleonora Prazzoli and Elena Casiraghi.
We will work on the awakening of the Self through the practice of Yoga and the Dream Body in Biotransenergetics, in their integration, in an archetypal journey between chakras and Orixas; we will use the constellations on the chakras building them in the sacred geometry of the yantra and we will immerse ourselves in meditative practices, shamanic journeys and shamanic healing and medicine wheel rituals to awaken the memories of the ancient wisdoms within us.
The intent will be to rediscover reconnection with oneself, vitality and well-being, harmonization of one's energetic and emotional state.
We will welcome the contents of personal history that emerge within a broader structure of awareness.
To all those who want to continue the path of listening and awareness, awakening and integration within themselves to bring it into the world, finding new keys to cultivate in everyday life.
