By tapping directly into the essential source, participants will give themselves the opportunity to re-vibrate and awaken these qualities within themselves.
In this journey of reclaiming one's gifts, one will be able to find and defuse the blocks and beliefs that prevent one from living one's life in a more conscious and fulfilling way.

Deep listening, different techniques of awareness and psycho-corporeal transformation, mindfulness practices and the loving presence of the group will accompany you on this exciting journey as precious allies. Everything will take place in the traditional atmosphere of joy, inclusion and lightness proposed by the conductors.
