It's a three-hour workshop with the Australian musician and composer Holloway, designed to take you beyond performance, judgment, and the idea of having to “sing well.”
You will instead be invited to listen to your voice, feel it in your body, and discover what happens when you allow it to emerge freely.
Whether you've been singing all your life or have never sung in public, you're welcome.
No previous experience is required.
The human voice is not separate from the rest of us.
It is shaped by our breath, from the body, from emotions, from the nervous system and from our relationship with the world around us.
Exploring the voice can therefore become much more than a musical experience.
It can be a way to cultivate presence, awareness, freedom, creativity and connection.
For the ITI community, this workshop offers the opportunity to discover another practical and embodied tool for developing the potential of the human instrument, supporting both the self-care journey and the work of those who accompany others in the processes of growth, healing and transformation.
During the workshop we will explore:
- – The science of the voice and its relationship with the nervous system, emotions and human connection
- – Practical tools for developing vocal freedom, resonance and confidence
- – Practices of breath, sound and body awareness
- – Group vocal exercises and playful guided improvisation
- – Collective singing and harmony
- – Reflection and integration
- – An immersive experience of live sound journey to conclude the workshop

Holloway is an Australian musician and composer whose work explores the relationship between music, emotion, bodily experience and nervous system.
Drawing on years of experience in international performance and leading immersive music experiences, she creates spaces where music becomes an invitation to explore, connect, and experience, rather than simply something to be performed.
Her approach combines vocal practice, breathing, sound, improvisation, and collective musical creation, gently guiding participants beyond performance and the pursuit of perfection, toward a more natural and authentic vocal expression.
This workshop is part of ITI's ongoing exploration of the human being as integrated body-mind system.
Through different practices and approaches, we offer our students, professionals and our wider community the opportunity to develop concrete tools for self-awareness, self-care, healing, relationship and the full expression of human potential.
FREE YOUR VOICE takes this exploration into the territory of sound and embodied expression, opening a further avenue towards a more human experience present, creative and integrated.

There will be no Italian translation, as the experience is primarily based on emotion, embodied expression, and connection through the voice.
