How to achieve psychophysical well-being
We cannot talk about how to achieve psychophysical well-being if the topic is not included in a holistic context.
Let's enter, therefore, a integral and integrated vision of the human being and the world.
In this way we begin to encounter a model capable of declining existence in a new paradigm. In this paradigm, the physical, emotional, energetic, mental and spiritual levels.
The spiritual level can also be considered the level transpersonal.
This latter level shares the name with un whole movement which has been exploring the different dimensions of consciousness for decades.
This incessant search takes place in the direction of a mastery of the different dimensions of consciousness by the individual.
Self-mastery starts fromtaking responsability towards one's health and society. It is necessary, first of all, to perceive being part of a all interconnected and constantly changing.
In this flow, secondly, it is important to remain without judgment and with the predisposition to question oneself.
Le technologies of the sacred come to the aid of the individual and collective evolutionary process.
But what is meant by technologies of the sacred?
Meanwhile, the set of practical tools, very ancient and very new, which are part of the corpus of the Biotransenergetics

This methodology is considered a new generation psycho-spiritual discipline, the basic concept of which, among others, can be contained in the following sentence:
“Change your state of consciousness and you will change your life!".
This, in our opinion, is the most important premise to understand how to achieve psychophysical well-being and to start thinking about well-being in terms of Integral Wellness.

Ancient wisdom and integral well-being,
how to achieve psychophysical well-being.
PL Lattuada
Which way to well-being?
Every human being desires well-being, seeks happiness.
The problem is that, paradoxically, the research itself and the desire that animates it are exactly the main obstacles to its realization.
To complicate matters is the fact that in our journey we let ourselves be guided by our needs, believing that we are doing the right thing.
Searching for well-being following our needs is such a shared fact that we do not even remotely doubt how much it is a completely illusory dream, which, instead, imprisons us.
Yet it belongs to the experience of each of us that well-being cannot be achieved through research, will or any other strategy that involves temporal development and the achievement of a goal, not even through what we know about ourselves and of the world.
Wanting to obtain well-being with the will would be like seeking darkness with a lighted torch in hand.
It is only thanks to the contact with what we really are, to the respect for our deepest nature, that, at a certain point, magically, well-being happens to us.
It follows that feeling good and understanding how to achieve psychophysical well-being is not a question of safety or pleasure, power or wealth, success or absence of disease but of wisdom.
A good news
And wisdom, Panikkar reminds us, "It is an experience in which there is no split between knowledge and love, soul and body, spirit and matter, time and eternity, divine and human, masculine and feminine",
We can therefore say that
“Wisdom is
an experience that is not obtained with the will but with love, patience, tolerance, observation, not with research but with trust,
a cosmic trust in life, not in a specific object ... "
Well-being is the son of wisdom, the queen of sciences, according to many traditions and as such it cannot be reached, conquered, grasped, understood, held back.
This is why asking ourselves how to achieve psychophysical well-being may not be the right question, indeed, asking ourselves questions may not be the right action ...
The good news is that wisdom and well-being are manifested in the full flow of life, in renunciation, gratuitousness and abundance, both are not reserved only for the learned, the rich or the powerful, but available to anyone, always.
Through the art of letting be, of trust, of integral experience, of patient observation without judgment or expectations, with profound respect for every manifestation of the living, each human being can create the conditions for grace to descend as a free gift, an end in itself.
What to do?
When asked what to do to feel good and how to achieve psychophysical well-being, the wise man answers:
"Let life flow, step aside, do not hinder being, there is nothing more concrete than awareness, that is, to see, to notice, to know what you are doing".
The Upanisads remind us that we should not aspire to multiplicity, but to that one by knowing which one knows everything.
Don't seek, don't follow your needs, don't ask yourself why, don't separate, don't fight, don't judge, stay in your center.
Do not ask yourself, therefore, how to achieve psychophysical well-being
To better understand we could use a nautical metaphor:
when we are on a boat in the middle of the sea we do nothing but keep the rudder towards the direction of our destination, based on the waves and winds we change the orientation of the boat but not our direction.
If we stop and reflect at this point, we will most likely realize that if we want to understand the true nature of well-being and act accordingly, we must all do a evolutionary leap, as individuals, as health professionals, as an intellectual, political and scientific community, as a society.
An integral method
My personal contribution in this direction is called Biotransenergetics (BTE), an integral discipline that wants to create the conditions in each individual to "let oneself be reached" by wisdom and therefore by well-being and fulfillment through the mastery of inner experience.
Therefore, I invite you to observe how wisdom and well-being reach us, if we let this happen naturally, instead of focusing on how to achieve psychophysical well-being.
Here I will omit to deepen the theoretical contents of Biotransenergetics (BTE).
Instead, I propose to you the ones I called the " Eight pillars of transformation ”.
Eight practical and concrete steps that each of us can take, starting now, without specific skills or multi-year training to "get on the way home", along the path that is not there to get to where we have always been, to the source of being.
If you want to go further to understand how to achieve psychophysical well-being and beyond, integral well-being. continue reading the article, the dot .. Pier Luigi Lattuada talks about the eight pillars of transformation!
The "Eight Pillars of Transformation",
how to achieve psychophysical well-being
1. Observe instead of… think
How many times in a day do we observe our breathing, the beating of our heart, the flow of the sensations of our body or the animating of the emotions in our chest?
How many times, while we are speaking, do we hear how what we are saying resonates within us?
Realizing that we are not our sensations or emotions, we are not the thoughts, images, memories that cross our mind, that we can observe them instead of being guided by them ...
it is a first step to understand how to achieve psychophysical well-being and go towards, not only well-being, but also wisdom.
2. To stay, instead of… to go away
To master observation it is important to stay. To stay means keep attention in the present instead of going forward into the future or back into the past.
When we remain in front of an aspect of ourselves, a function, such as breathing, an emotion such as fear, a painful organ or any symptom, and we do not follow the flow of thoughts, the world of inner strength opens up. , of the true nature of things.
To stay means develop qualities such as listening, firmness, acceptance, trust, responsibility.
3. Feel how, instead of… understand why
We spend much more time thinking about our thoughts, trying to understand how to achieve psychophysical well-being, than feeling the flow of life itself.
By doing so we cause in us repeated, incessant interruptions of the vital energy.
But we don't realize it. Except then feel a headache.
So first let's try to make it disappear. If we fail, we wonder why.
We could instead give up trying to understand the causes and observe what we are doing, feel how we are building our headache, listen to what it is asking of us.
We could thus find the answers to our questions.
4. Facts, not problems.
The search for whys arises from a deep-rooted belief:
We believe problem solving is in our mind. Nothing could be more false.
Our mind is the source of all problems.
Or better, our problems arise from the way we use our mind.
Only theconscious observation it can allow the understanding of their true nature.
5. Allies, not symptoms.
We will thus discover that in every problem there is the solution, in every symptom there is an ally, full of a creative potential that yearns to express itself.
We will see in every adversity the benevolent face of existence that whispers lovingly to us quality to be awakened.
We will recognize in each disease nothing but one request of love.
And it will begin to be clearer and clearer how to achieve psychophysical well-being.
6. Accept, instead of… fight
We will then learn to lay down our arms. To make love and not war.
Conscious observation of the ocean waves of our consciousness, the firmness of purpose getting in touch and lovingly listening to every message from our body will teach us to accept every emotion, every pain, every "symptom" without fighting it ...
On the ocean of our consciousness, once the storm has passed, the sun will shine with a new clarity.
7. Responsibility, instead of… delegation
But clarity implies responsibility.
And responsibility scares us.
In fact, it seems that the mother of all fears is that of being alone with oneself in the face of life.
When we are completely free from problems and symptoms, then we no longer have an excuse for not loving existence unconditionally.
Then there are no more tyrants to overthrow, there are no longer those responsible with whom to share the weight of our lightness.
So here we are alone and empty in front of ourselves ..
BOX - Practice (BTE)
Practice of "Naturalness" or "The 4 awards",
how to achieve psychophysical well-being
Lying on your back, sitting with your spine straight, or standing with your feet firmly planted and knees bent, close your eyes and
1. Direct your attention to your body mass, the matter you are made of, the land that is in you.
You realize that it weighs.
Everything that is heavy in you goes down, exactly like it land.
Recognize the right attitude to let the heavy go down.
2. Then direct your attention to the breath and to all that is light, there'air that is in you.
Do you realize that while what is heavy weighs what is light rises, just like theair.
Recognize the right attitude to let go of the light.
3. Then direct your attention to your inner sensations and to everything that moves within you, thewater that flows in you.
You realize that while what is heavy weighs, what is light rises, what is alive moves exactly like thewater.
Recognize the right attitude to let the fluid flow.
4. Then direct your attention to the observer in you, the The fire observation.
You realize the right attitude to stay and observe the heavy weigh, the slight rise, the fluid flow.
Perhaps at this point your mind will ask: "but it can't be all that simple".
Then tell her to have faith in what she is experiencing and invite her to have the courage of simplicity and remind her: what is natural is simple.
8. Zero crossing
Going through Zero means to realize that we are already at the source, we always have been.
There is no place to go, goal to reach, strategies to be implemented.
You no longer need to think about how to achieve psychophysical well-being
If you want to understand the Passage from Zero you can act like you are thirsty in the desert reaching the source.
At the source you simply drink and disappear to the rest of the world.
All around remains, the sand, the sun, the snakes, the loneliness, the way to go but you disappear to the world since you are thirsty and drinking.
In the face of every problem, every conflict, every pain, you can try to disappear.
Do not want the thoughts to disappear, for the problem to be solved, do not even start meditating, just disappear from the problem and drink from the source.
Creative transcendence into the new is fundamentally characterized by the willingness to disappear from oneself.
For the creative force to act it is necessary to be willing to die, let go, cross the threshold of the boundaries we believe we have.
