A journey of self-knowledge, evolution and expansion of consciousness through psycho-corporeal movements that will prepare the body and mind for ecstatic dance and shamanic journey.
We will be accompanied by the shamanic drum and a live soundtrack composed by Maurizio Cardullo, musician and sound designer.
We will conclude with a sharing to integrate the lived experience.
